WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
We do the our best to ensure the fast delivery of our products. However, our handmade products, with attention to their details, may suffer some delays and therefore i delivery times may vary.
Our standard delivery times are 15 working days.
Mail Boxes is ours Courier service for all shipments.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to speed up or delay shipping times.
We are currently unable to ship orders to General Delivery and PO Boxes. Orders placed at any of these addresses will be canceled.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
HOW CAN WE RETURN / EXCHANGE MY PURCHASES?
It is possible to return the articles purchased on leboffi.it within 14 days from the delivery date.
The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The responsibility for the delivery of the shipment lies with the customer.

Contact by email at info@leboffi.it to request a refund, indicating all the information on the order.
Please make sure the returned goods are in its original condition, box And packaging included. All shoes should be tested on a typical surface carpet or soft before use to avoid scratches or damage even under the soles;
If the returned goods do not correspond to the requirements just explained, the shoes will not be considered original and therefore returnable. In this case the goods will be returned to your address at yours expenses;
Pack the items in the original packaging.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 - 7 business days for the returns process.
The refund will be made on the basis of the payment method you used to complete the purchase. You will receive an email confirming the refund.

PayPal:
you can easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be debited at the end of the order.
To sign up for a new PayPal account, visit the paypal.com website.
Bank Transfer:
you can easily transfer money to our bank account, if you specify this request during your order we will send you our bank details to make the payment. The order will be processed once we receive the transfer.
ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED ON THE PRODUCT PAGES THE FINAL?
Purchase on leboffi.it is reserved for final consumers. Our prices are the final ones including VAT. No customs duties will be applied.
